Analog Clothing – A snowboarding and skateboarding clothing heaven

“It’s written in our DNA. It’s woven into the fabric of our constitution. It was in Trevor Andrew’s first Analog I-Pod jacket and it’s scratched on the bottom of Nathan Fletcher’s 4-fin. It’s the ultra-thin thread that ties together surfing, skateboarding and snowboarding. It’s the fearless voice calling you to Liberate, Unify, Mobilize and Resolve. It’s non-digital, low-technology. It’s the new elitism. It’s Analogic”.

Since the beginning of the action sports market, influential kids have gravitated towards progressive and creative movements within snowboarding, skateboarding and surfing. Analog is a clothing company born in outerwear, raised at the beach and entrenched in cities everywhere. Analog is an invitation to take a stand, make a point, challenge a value and open a few minds.

Hardcloud dream team – surfing and snowboarding fashion

Hardcloud is UK’s answer to online surf /skate and music inspired fashion.  The brand is a true reflection and belief of the people involved.  That means Ian, Roger and the rest of the ever expanding team!

“Surfing, snowboarding, wakeboarding, bmxing, mountain biking, moto-x, drinking, listening to music, lifestyle and action sports…we all do at least three of these things each, and that is what Hardcloud is about.
We wear what we sell.

As surfers and all the rest of it the things that influence us in everyday life are pretty simple, listening to a new track for the first time, surfing at our local break (Wittering rocks!), going out with our mates. These are the things that help us decide what kind of clothes to offer”. Quote Roger.

Anyway here’s the dream team…

Ian Madden (Big E)
12 years experience in surf/skate/snow retail. Founder of the first proper action sports website…got bored. Surfs (badly), wakeboards (less badly) used to skate Southsea in the days of the Abrooks, likes holidays to hot places. In summary – athletic (skinny), nose 80% of total body weight, funny (yeah right)

Roger Moon (Scrawn)
10 years abusing computers, 5 years in the surf/skate trade. Founded the first proper action sports website with Ian a few years ago, now seeks new challenge! Surfs too much (poo stance), hates snow! Well known for wearing elasticated waist cargo pants well into his twenties but thankfully now cured. In summary – funny, has upgraded to a house with stairs, is worried about hair loss.

Clive Milverton (Lofty)
Likes going naked fishing with his brother, surfing, mountain biking, motorbikes and birds (feathered variety). Hard working and conscientious he is a solid fixture in the team. In summary – doesn’t like dwarf jokes, strong, short legs.

Jonny Day (The Airedale)
7 years experience in the watersports industry also loves kitesurfing and surfing. Has tried London life but has returned to his passion of the action sports industry and the coast. Has also spent a good few years abusing computers and works on our online marketing as well as a bit of everything else we can throw at him! In summary – fields different facial hair weekly, likes a laugh, loves holidays.

Tony Gainsbrough (Big T)
After running his own radio station for 4 and half years, our very own resident music man DJ Tony SlackShot joined the ever growing cloud. Likes music a lot and his brain is better than any Wikipedia discography, likes kayaking and the sea, hates being cold and always wears a jacket in doors! In summary – never makes tea, loves food and enjoys the quiet life in his castle.

Duran Searle (Duranoff, D-Ran, Duuran)
Trained in England and refined in Australia, our travelling graphics genius is also head of the graphics team. Likes to see Friday 5.30pm and an evening out with the boys planning there next adventure, occasionally has meetings with hard inanimate objects. Super hardworking and always delivers on time. In summary – bit of a joker, has plenty of stories and wants to be a surfer really.

Chris Moore (Jedward)
Chris is a longstanding member of the team and we are glad to have him on board. The full time graphics maestro and computer nerd knows what needs to be done. We have learnt that this one is a sarcastic genius and waits until you least expect it to drop in some comedy gold. In summary – Doesn’t like wearing shorts, enjoys kick dancing

Dave Robertson (Big Dave)
Dave is the newest member at the cloud working under the watchful eye of Duran/Chris as our graphics junior. Loves kitesurfing (he’s good), his car and also enjoys an evening on the Xbox with wittering crew. In summary – Likes biscuits, will be surfing by the time we have finished with him!

Aerosoul – British t shirt and streetwear appeal

Aerosoul Limited

Founded in 1998 by graphic designer Leke Adesoye, Aerosoul had humble beginnings but always harboured grandiose ambitions. Central to Leke’s vision was to see his label become a premier British streetwear brand with world-wide appeal.Hence, some seven years later this goal has been achieved. Not only has Aerosoul gained a well-deserved reputation for its highly-quality merchandise. but also ground-breaking designs which reflects the rapidly evolving themes of British urban culture today.London-born Leke began his design venture in the early nineties when, greatly inspired by the burgeoning drum n’ bass and hip hop scene, he sought to capture that energy and innovation in his clothing.By skilfully fusing different elements of these disparate yet interwoven tribes, Aerosoul managed to reach out to several at once. His much-loved “Junglist Movement” T-shirts became the underground logo of a generation, but the brand was soon to establish a wider clientele. Whilst street culture remained Leke’s core inspiration, Aerosoul was soon being sported by indie rockers and sugary teen bands alike. The brands wide demographic was now firmly established and forever growing in diversity. One of the central plans of the Aerosoul philosophy has always been for the clothing to be marketed by the cultural icons of contemporary British street youth culture. Considering Aerosoul appeal, there was little problem in executing this desire. As the label’s notoriety expanded, so did the list of those underground a.list artists who featured as models. Aerosoul has always had a keen eye for up-and-coming talent. The fact that many who’ve modelled for the label have since blown up on the British urban music scene is demonstrative of Leke’s intuition.Included in these, too numerous to mention artists are: Estelle, Roots Manuva, Damage, Paradox, A.I , Karl hinds, Rodney P, TY, Omar and Normski. In 2004 sales in the brand reached their healthiest growth yet. , Meanwhile, innovation, quality and the desire to remain at the pulse of youth culture will continue to be Aerosoul’s over-riding motivation and drive. As the global streetwear market expands at an eye-popping rate, the future only holds endless and exciting possibilities for Aerosoul limited.

FUSION

Since its creation Aerosoul has prized its inspirations from the streets. As such the designs incorporate the vast melting pot that composes British urban culture. Our designs reflect that lifestyle. An ever-evolving movement; inclusive, free-spirited and never predictable.

DIVERSIFICATION

Whilst the Junglist Movement T-shirt was for a period an Aerosoul mainstay diversification was, of course, a necessity. And so AS xtreme Sports was born. This division successfully tapped into the skater/snow boarder market. Meanwhile Leke responded to the cries for a feminine twist to streetwear and founded Soulero Sista ”feminine wear 4 urban livin”. Both strands have proved a popular addition to the ever-evolving brand’s portfolio.

PROMINENT AFFILIATIONS

Aerosoul is also proud to have had a 6 year sponsorship association with Acupuncture footwear, a uk ground-breaking brand whose designs have featured in all our promotions. Alongside this successful affiliation we are also sponsored by Kirk Originals who provide the essential eye wear to compliment the Aerosoul vibe.

Aerosoul Limited2

GLOBAL SUCCESS

In 1999 the Junglist Movement T-shirt achieved global cult status when it featured prominently in the wardrobe of the cult British dance movie, Human Traffic.

Along with the ever-growing on-line store, the brand has been available at ,
TK Max, Top Shop, Blackmarket, HMV, ASOS, Dr jays as well as a range of specialist outlets from America, Germany, Japan to Amsterdam.
